Since June 2023, I have been <strong>Associate Director at Netmind, a BTS company.&nbsp;</strong>With more than 25 years of experience advising organizations across a wide range of industries, I have supported transformation at multiple levels—from guiding individual teams to leading large-scale organizational change. After earning degrees in Law and Business, I worked as a lawyer for fiftheen years. I then spent a decade collaborating with companies across both legal and digital fields. Later, I founded Selectius Projects, a consultancy providing training programs, coaching, and advisory services on Kanban for legal services.</p><p data-end="1718" data-start="1251">I am the creator of the <strong data-end="1304" data-start="1275">Legal Kanban Practitioner</strong> course, which I deliver in both Spanish and English.
