· The Principles of Change Management and Service Delivery to develop different ways of work.
· The 6 Practices of the Method and the basic concepts applied to the legal services
· Design Kanban boards at different levels and to design the Tickets to manage tasks.
· To run the 3 basic Meetings that will allow teams to improve workflow efficiency.
· The Key Metrics that allow understanding of the system results, anticipating and mitigating risks to evolve.
· Introduction to the System Thinking Approach to Implement Kanban (STATIK) to develop and scale Kanban.
· The keys to a successful implementation with the Kanban Maturity Model.
