About Me

<div>Kert Peterson is a business performance coach specializing in organizational adaptability and innovation. A former software engineer at NASA, Amazon.com program manager, and startup founder, Kert's pragmatic approach to change and transformation has driven measurable results for a diverse set of clients, including Collins Aerospace, Microsoft, Duke Energy, EY, and Paramount Entertainment.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>At Capital One Financial, Kert launched and led two award-winning Scrum teams, resulting in a time to market reduction of 30%. At Bank of America, Kert launched and led four 15-person Kanban teams through a 6-month transition to a lean-agile delivery system for the bank’s 120-member Customer Profitability organization. As chief enterprise agile coach at Collins Aerospace (formerly UTC and Rockwell Collins), Kert coached, consulted and advised teams and leaders in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Product Development.<br><br>Kert earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He and his family currently live in the sunny eastern foothills of the Canadian Rockies in the city of Calgary, Alberta.
