Kanban Systems Improvement (online - Guaranteed to Run!)
Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI) Workshop
Evolve your Kanban initiative and scale beyond the team level to optimize system performance and achieve end-to-end flow
As the "book-end" workshop to Kanban System Design (KSD), Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI) serves as the second and final step in achieving full certification as a Kanban Management Professional (KMP) with Kanban University.
In addition to equipping you to evolve your single service team, the KSI addresses the complex demands of a multi-teamed organization and explores how to maintain momentum beyond initial improvements realized from your Kanban implementation.
Key themes covered in this workshop include:
- ensuring value delivery by optimizing upstream kanban system design
- the essentials of evolutionary change and why it is the preferred, humane approach to achieving business agility
- applying the Kanban cadences as vital feedback loops to evolve your team and organizational performance
- managing dependencies across multiple Kanban systems
- fundamental Kanban metrics for informed and confident decision-making
- tools for balancing demand and capacity, including managing variability, improving flow, and shaping demand
Attendees who successfully complete both the KSD & KSI workshops will be granted Kanban Management Professional designation.
