The class contains a strong mix of interactive group exercises and simulations during both days.

Trainer

Brad Hughes is a Lean Agile Coach, Trainer, and Management Consultant with more than twenty years of experience in software development, information technology, and business operations in the United States and Canada.  Brad has guided many technical and non-technical teams on their paths to agility, including at Capital One, Travelers, and others.

Brad holds a Bachelors' degree in Computer Science from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, and is a Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) and Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) through the LeanKanban University.
