His first experience of Scrum began when he joined the development team of the Quebec job site Jobboom.com, at Canoe Inc. Subsequently, Pierre joined Morgan Stanley, an American investment firm, where he became Scrum Master for a team distributed throughout the world.</font></font></span></p><p><br><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: transparent; caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><font style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font style="vertical-align: inherit;">In 2015, he became an Agile coach and trainer, to better focus on people, their needs and their learning. </font><font style="vertical-align: inherit;">During his career, he is involved in several NPOs such as Toastmasters International, where he held several roles, including the function of division director supporting 25 clubs in the Montreal region. </font></font></span><br><br><span style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: transparent;"><font style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font style="vertical-align: inherit;">Also in this line, Pierre now sits on several boards of directors of non-profit organizations. </font><font style="vertical-align: inherit;">These include: Ciné Tapis Rouge, an organization dedicated to promoting Quebec cinema internationally, and Go Pyrate!, a social economy organization that wants to shape the future of the world of work.</font></font></span><br><br><span style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap; background-color: transparent;"><font style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font style="vertical-align: inherit;">His mission is to reinvent organizations by reducing the load and delivering the priority things, at the right time. </font><font style="vertical-align: inherit;">Passionate about history, he will certainly regale you with some unpublished facts about America and Europe during his training. </font><font style="vertical-align: inherit;">A caring family man, his other free time is shared by cinema and video games.</font></font></span></p>
