About Me

My goal is to foster more effective, transparent, and cohesive teams, and to enable better outcomes, solutions, and products/services for customers. I no longer just responsible for helping technology teams, they also help the company embrace agile as a culture shift. As an agile coach I don’t advocate for one particular method over others but instead empower people to work smarter, faster, and with less risk. </span></p>
