About Me

<div>Since 2008, Rodrigo de Toledo has been spreading agile methodologies in Brazil. He has organized events like Agile Brazil (2009/10/11/12) and Rio ScrumGathering (2014/15/16/17/18), and he has given training for more than 5000 professionals in Scrum, Kanban and Agile practices. Rodrigo is Certified Scrum Trainer from Scrum Alliance, Accredited Kanban Trainer from LeanKanban University since its foundation and Management 3.0 Facilitator from HappyMelly. As a trainer, Rodrigo has been working in USA, Brazil and France.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>As an Agile Coach, Rodrigo was able to help several companies, including startups, financial institutes and Brazilian government organizations. He is one of the <a href="https://knowledge21.es">Knowledge21</a>&#39;s founders, where he helps forming Agile Coaches so they can improve companies and people.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Previously, he has worked for more than 10 years in different projects for Petrobras (the Brazilian oil company), playing different roles: senior researcher, software engineer, scrum master and product owner.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>In 2010, Rodrigo de Toledo became a Professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). In 2007 he finished his Ph.D. at the INRIA institute in France. Rodrigo has several academic papers and he has a significant experience as undergraduate and graduate professor.</div>
