<p>Temi is an experienced Accredited Kanban Trainer, Kanban Coach, SAFe Practice Consultant, SAFe Trainer, Lean-agile Practitioner, Agile Coach, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master and Kanban Management Professional with over 10 years of experience empowering and coaching development teams and organisations in adoption agile principles, improving the flow of customer value through scalable, maintainable software solutions.</p><p>He coaches teams and organisations to optimise their software delivery efforts by helping them to adopt and run professional scrum along with a mixture of other agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrumban, DevOPs and SAFe drawing the best from the frameworks to coach teams and empower them to deliver software better and surer.</p><p>Temi has brought his passion, knowledge and experience to his classes and the feedback from past students shows how much value this has brought to them.</p><p>Temi enjoys running, going to the gym, studying and spending time with his family and church, he is halfway through his book (stay tuned for more).</p><p>He is the Host of <a href="https://www.buzzsprout.com/2347403">The Agile Matrix Podcast</a>, where he shares agile insights and also interviews leaders and seasoned agile practitioners.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
