<div>Worked in the UK automotive industry since 1994, initially with Land Rover then as part of Jaguar Land Rover, based initially at the Solihull manufacturing site moving from a Production Operative role to Industrial Engineering roles within Land Rover Power Train then Trim and Final, while studying for a BTEC ONC and then HNC.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Subsequently moving to Gaydon then Whitley Design/Engineering sites as a Virtual Project Engineer within Virtual Manufacturing where I studied for a BSc then MSc in Manufacturing Engineering.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>At present I&rsquo;m working at Gaydon within the Chassis Scrum Master Team, looking after two teams within the Chassis Axles Dept, where I have also studied and gained a 6 Sigma Green Belt, and more recently acquired the KMP I and II Certificates.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div>
