<p>I am a sales professional at wibas GmbH. Our sales team is a high performing agile service team using Kanban.</p><p>I have been supporting customer enquiries in the sales team for 15 years, from initial contact to commissioning. I accompany clarification discussions with our customers from a commercial perspective up to management/portfolio level.</p><p>Together with the wibas consultants, I design customised solutions with the three elements of knowledge transfer, coaching on the job and transformation support. I ensure that the right wibas consultants and long-standing network partners are working for the client.<br /><br />I have a lot of experience with agile transformations in various industries and know the needs of clients in these fields.<br /><br />Internally at wibas, we develop a common understanding of our work at and with the customer and learn useful tools for this. Working together and having fun is typical of our corporate culture.</p>
