He loves to see and enabling people to grow. He's a lateral entrant in the digital space in the late 1990's. Starting as a front-end developer he quickly became the one who drove projects and takes care of the people in his team. The workplace requirements in one of the biggest software companies turned him into a project manager, consultant and business coach. He did the PMP training: in 2019 he got the CSM certification.
Meanwhile, his treasure trove of experience includes industries like: Software, Healthcare, industrial manufacturing, automotive, and cosmetics. To make it round he has agency experience as well.

In 2017 Tom fell in love with the agile approach. Since then he got experience as Scrum Master and Product Owner. He's reaching to get certified as a PO too soon.
With all these sayed he loves to create work environments employees enjoy and love to work in. As a constant learner he strives to learn more and broaden his knowledge in the agile world. The next step is done with getting the TKP certificate.
