A self-motivated, self-managed person who lives Scrum and has chosen it as his lifestyle, so thirsty to learn more about Scrum and its good practices in the complex world, and I'm trying to be keen on Scrum values of Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Courage more than it's mechanical to build up a cross-functional, self-managing team with high-level transparency to enable inspection and then adaptation to gain trust for removing impediments as a team toward our shared goals.
