<div>What I value the most at work are people, their growth, and their satisfaction. My mission is to make organizations and people improve and evolve.</div><div>I support organizations and teams in their evolutionary change and Agile adoption journey.</div><div>In 2017, I started my journey as a Scrum Master, later becoming Agile Coach and Trainer. I helped companies operating in various sectors, such as IT, Banking, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, and Real Estate. Before that, I had worked for more than 10 years in the Human Resources area in the Academic, Healthcare, and IT fields.</div><div>I highly regard learning by doing. I am passionate about improvisational theatre, where I practice the art of making mistakes and playing with fearless joy.</div><div>In the Kanban approach to evolutionary change, I live one of the possible realizations of my motto: "The future belongs to the curious".</div>
