Other training content is Train the Trainer and Agile Attitude.</div><div>All training sessions are interactive and memorable in the typical wibas style.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Since 2010, she has gained a lot of experience for wibas in advising on projects, introducing agile working methods and supporting so-called "difficult teams".</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>For many years Astrid has been supporting teams in introducing Scrum, Kanban and mixtures of both. Here it is important to Astrid to pick up the organization or the team from where it is and to appreciate what has been achieved. The challenge then is to find an individual solution and introduce it in appropriate steps. Frameworks and standards are kept in mind and are adapted to the needs.&nbsp;</div></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Astrid Meyser is valued for her ability to deal with people empathetically and to inspire and convince both management and employees so that jointly supported solutions are created and implemented.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Astrid Meyser studied mathematics and computer science. During her work as a project manager and manager, she has extensively trained in the topics of (project) management, coaching, team leadership and also sustainable, healthy work.</div>
