<p>I&#39;ve been working as a SW project manager and agile coach for over 10 years. I am interested in making people happy and satisfied with their work. A few years ago, I published a book about agile project management. Recently, I applied agile based on Scrum &amp; Kanban to IT&nbsp; services sector of the companies such as shipping firm and credit card firm.&nbsp;They are global companies with thousands of employees.
