<div>Change is not only part of my daily job related life but also part of everyone's daily life. Instead of commiting to one specific goal months and years before we get there, nowadays evolutionary change is much better suited for most of the changes we go through.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Kanban connects the dots of a systemic approach combined with small but steady evolutionary changes. Kanban also shows more and more to be an approach for everyone to take into account when trying to optimize the way of working. I am highly convinced that the principles and practices from Kanban can be used for good results by everyone and can even be adapted onto frameworks like Scrum.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>I am also experienced in the field of training for other related frameworks and methods like Scrum and SAFe.</div>
