Having joined as a project administrator in 2002, I have since headed up the billing team and am the go-to person on internal business process automation within BBD. In addition, I launched a digital marketing department and most recently, taken on the responsibility for the strategic direction and implementation of talent acquisition for the business. I matriculated from Eden College in 1993 and thereafter worked as the Merchandising Manager for Nokia RF Group.
