I specialize in Agile Training, Coaching, Personal Agility, Transformation, Mentoring, Process Improvement, Project Recovery, Project/Product management and Consulting for both IT and non-IT individuals, small and large businesses. I am an advocate of continuous learning, innovations and start small-fail fast culture, which has made me to have lectured, trained and coached over 2,000 people in the last nine years. I am excited to be the first West African to be a Scrum Trainer endorsed by Scrum INC and Dr. Jeff Sutherland; the co-creator of scrum. As an ICAgile Authorized Instructor, SPC 5.0, PMP, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC, I look forward to co-training/collaborating with other Trainers across the globe. I am based out of Texas where I lead Zhill Systems and work for one of the biggest company in the world.</span></p>
