About Me

<div>Since 2013 I have been working for companies operating in the digital field in Italy and Brazil. I started as"business controller" passed through the "business operations" and then reached "product ownership".</div><div>In 2018, I started my journey as Scrum Master and then Agile Coach, and I do love it!</div><div>I strongly believe in "training on the job" approach to help customers in reaching business excellence.</div><div>Improving performance and predictability on delivery by value driven experiments are my main drivers in supporting teams and</div><div>management.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>My motto: “making teams able to learn how to decide in order to thrive in an ever changing world it's crucial”</div>
