About Me
<p>Portfolio Manager at EPAM. My primary responsibility involves establishing a comprehensive management system that aligns portfolio components with the company's objectives while initiating and overseeing strategic initiatives. This requires balancing resources and monitoring success metrics at both the component and portfolio levels.</p><p>I use Kanban at every level of my work: bottom up from private kanban board to track personal tasks to portfolio kanban boards to drive strategic initiatives.<br>STATIK and F4P are great to educate teams and Product Owners, so we can use the same vocabulary, and focus on things that are really important - outcomes.</p><p>KMM is on of my field books, helping me to setup and tune Upstream, Delivery and grow Leaders.</p>
