<p>Trainer, Consultant, Sales and Agile lover. I have worked more than 15 years in the Financial Market Industry and the Academic Research World. I fell in love with Agility in 2012 and see tremendous opportunities using it outside the IT world, would it be Medical Services, Sales, Marketing, Construction, ... I definitly think those sectors have all to win using a kanban framework, not only to increase their flow, but also as a way to innitiate continuous improvement and a more collaborative culture.&nbsp;</p><p>In 2021 together with a couple of friends we created Hub@Agile (www.hubagile.com) to promote well-being through new collaborative frameworks in organisations.&nbsp;</p>
