Reporting progress using a range of metrics and graphs.</p><p>Skilled in applying Agile and Lean methodologies to capture requirements, design solutions, implement and deliver in an iterative and incremental manner to meet emerging customer needs.</p><p>Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and adept at capturing and interpreting business requirements, assessing their technical feasibility, and presenting recommendations intended to maximise their value while reducing complexity.</p><p>Able to increase the commitment of development teams by nurturing an environment of transparency, shared values and mutual trust.
