About Me

<p>Simone Craig is the principal consultant of Agile Lens. Our mission is to train and coach organizations and individuals to achieve sustainable agility and help mature their agile mindset. Knowledgeable in Kanban, Scrum and SAFe, Simone has experience in the agile transformation of small and large organizations and coaches teams to adopt agile thinking and culture.</p><p>As one of few female Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), Simone can certify clients as Kanban Management Professionals (KMP). Agile Lens prides itself that we are nimble and adaptable in our coaching and training approach. Simone is also a Professor teaching agile courses at the post secondary level - teaching and transmitting knowledge is her passion!</p>
