<p>Elisia Getts is an Agile Coach and Personal Development and Agile Trainer with Teradata Corporation and an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) with Kanban University. She has been with Teradata for more than 19 years and has over 30 years of experience in IT as a product manager, business/IT consultant, programmer/analyst, and technical writer supporting industries including banking, travel and hospitality, transportation and logistics, and defense. She has provided agile coaching and training in more than 15 countries around the world, focusing on agile data warehouse and analytics development.</p>
