<p style="text-align: justify;">For more than 30 years, I am helping people and organizations on the road of understanding and applying Lean / Agile principles and methods in the daily working environment. I gained my experience working in small and medium software companies, as well as in multinationals like BMW and SABMiller. In these companies I've occupied positions of Lean Trainer &amp; Coach, Business Developer, Project Manager, Manager and Director. Because I trust very much that training is the cornerstone and also provides many answers to challenging organizational questions, along with my current job responsibilities, I assumed the tutor role in the period 1994 - 2009 for Professional Certificate in Management and Professional Diploma in Management programs, organized in Romania by The Open University UK and Codecs. I am the author of eight Lean training courses for LeanCoaching UK company, and 3 case studies and courses for Open University UK and Codecs. Now I am acting as a LeanKanban trainer and coach for open courses and professional services clients, as well as Agile Coach / Agile Project Manager for software development projects.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">I am recognized as a Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) by LeanKanban University, holding the top-level accreditation to teach both standard and advanced-level Kanban curriculum.
