Carsten Rüscher

<p>I'm a self-employed consultant and coach. I started my business career as a banker in the early 1990's and switched into the role of a consultant for project management and software development in the late 1990's. Started with the traditional way of project management (today, you would call it Waterfall), I worked for different companies and with different responsibilities. In the early 2010's, I found the agile methods and was very interested in - that was the first change in managing project and software development teams. In 2018, I decide to be self-employed and founded CR-Projectconsulting GmbH, based in Bargteheide, not far away from Hamburg, Germany. My clients are companies of different size, but very often with the same problems -&gt; they don't know how to handle complex ways of working together regarding IT-project management and product development.</p><p>In 2019 I found Kanban as the method and that was the game change for me in consulting and coaching the companies.</p><p>My private live is full of travelling and being part of the board of the Deutsche Lebens-Rettungs-Gesellschaft in Bargteheide. I have one daughter (born in 2011) and my partner but living at different locations.</p>
