She has exceptional facilitation skills, which were displayed in the training class I attended recently. She really helped me feel like a contributor to the course, with the discussions she held, and activities she allowed us to lead, using Kanban. For example, she helped me with my introduction to using Kanban in her Kanban System Design (KMP I), Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP II), which eventually lead to my certification in being a Kanban Management Professional (KMP). I had a need for these skills based on my job role with process improvement for organizations, and the course walkthrough, along with the specific real-life examples she shared, helped me use this skill to guide my customers to an improved roadmap for a streamlined and automated process or completing their work. The techniques with forecasting were very helpful, and matching the right type of meetings to fit the root cause of my customers not meeting deadlines, presenting products that do not hold value for the customers, were quickly identified with an automated process mindset. I am not sure I would have been able to use the techniques I learned from Ravneet without her guidance. I will also look to Ravneet for mentorship when I need more direction in process improvement, until I am able to be as successful as she is.
