About Me

<div>I am an organizational coach with 19 years of experience and I have led many transformations through evolutionary change, from Fortune 500 to mid-sized and small organizations. From last 7 years I am working as Enterprise coach and contributed to bring agility in the organizations like Fiserv, Lowe's, BCG, Yamaha etc.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>I believe that in order to stay relevant and impactful, continuous learning is very important. At the same time, I am passionate about giving back to the community as a trainer, mentor, or coach. I am an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) and and a part of the elite community of few Kanban Coaching professionals (KCP) globally. I have delivered 200+ trainings on Kanban and Scrum for various organizations and global participants.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>My workshops are more like a long conversation about real-time challenges, experience sharing and activities to deal with those challenges.
