<p>Suganthi Alagumalai has 15 years of professional experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies.</p><p>She holds CSM and CSP certifications from Scrum Alliance and PMP certification from Project Management Institute. She has specialized in various agile frameworks such as Scrum, XP, SAFe and Kanban.</p><p>She received best performer award from American Express, Cognizant Technologies Solutions, Fugen, &amp; Tata Consulting Solutions.</p><p>She holds M.B.A and M.S from San Jose State University, USA and Bachelors In Engineering from Bharathidasan University, India.</p><p>Since 2008 she has been practicing as an Agile coach and trainer. During her venture she has provided many corporate trainings to different organizations in various domains from banking to health care and the companies sizes range from 35 to 100,000.</p><p>Now she provides Agile coaching and transformation services, mentoring, and process improvement training to different organizations.</p>
