<h3 style="color:#aaaaaa; font-style:italic">INTRODUCTION</h3>Chien-Chang Chen (David), a born entrepreneur with servant leadership. He spent one-third of his life in the States and relocated to his hometown - Taipei City, Taiwan in 2018. That's when he realized that in Taiwan the majority of people he had encountered with were not familiar with or not even heard of "agile". He joined one of the top tier consulting firm in Taipei as digital transformation consultant and he's shocked to see how all the projects were planned and delivered in waterfall, and he was the only person who had previous experience with agile in the entire organization. He had conducted internal agile training to multiple departments and received positive feedback from senior management who participated. Those were what we called - the change agents; organizations have to to cultivate great change agents in order to enable any level of transformation. He dedicates a large portion of time to establish partnerships by connecting the dots with passionate agilists, agile organizations, and higher education institutions across the globe.  <h3 style="color:#aaaaaa;font-style:italic;">EXPERT IN AGILE CERTIFICATION</h3>David is an expert in agile certification systems, he was trained under almost all global accreditation bodies for scrum and agile: Scrum Alliance (CSP-SM / CSPO / CAL-E / CAL-O), Scrum.org (PSM I), Kanban University (KMP), The LeSS Company (CLP) ... you name it. He holds more than 20 certifications in the field, including trainer credentials from Scaled Agile Inc. (SPC), Lean Agile Institute (LAI-AT), and SCRUMstudy (SCT). He conducts both public training in local universities and customized private training in organizations. He also provides agile coaching and consulting services to organizations in need. <h3 style="color:#aaaaaa;font-style:italic;">EDUCATION BACKGROUND</h3>David holds a Bachelor's degree (B.A.B.A.) in Finance from California State University-Fullerton, a Master's degree (M.S.) in Project Management & Applied Business Analytics from Boston University, and a Master's degree (M.B.A.) in General Management from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Other than degree programs, he's completed the professional & executive education from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tsinghua University, and Taiwan AI Academy. By the way, David loves martial arts. He holds 1st degree black belt certification from Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquarters).
