About Me

<p>Help organizations to improve their business capabilities through Kanban, KMM, DevOps, Systems Thinking and antifragility practices. I am an Agile Coach at Arkhi, which I co-founded in 2009. I am also a MBA professor at PUC and FDC in Brazil. My primary focus is on increasing the maturity of service organizations. I train and mentor teams in business agility and antifragility using the Kanban method, KMM maturity model and modern software engineering practices. I have 30 years of experience in Information Technology in several companies in Brazil and abroad in the technical leadership roles of projects, corporate architecture and consulting in various methods.</p>
