About Me

<p>Ash is an Enterprise Agile Coach &amp; Leader guiding sustainable organisational change to achieve better outcomes. He uses a contextual &amp; pragmatic approach to leadership development, systemic coaching, and ways-of-working that lead to business agility.</p><p>Ash has deep experience in Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, Kanban Maturity Model, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, and SAFe. Over the last decade, Ash has served as a Senior Agile Leader in global roles such as Head of Agile CoE, Head of Ways of Working, and Head of Delivery &amp; Transformation, leading several agile transformations for large multinational firms.</p><p>Ash is trained in Co-Active and ORSC coaching models and is an ICF Certified coach. He’s a practitioner who advises, leads, transforms, coaches, facilitates, serves, and guides learning in large organisations. Ash is an authorised trainer for Scrum, Scrum@Scale, Kanban, ICAgile, and a SAFe SPC &amp; RTE. He has trained more than five thousand people on their journey to agility.</p>
