I have been a senior software systems analyst, process control engineer, marketing manager, program manager, lean six sigma black belt, process analyst, agile coach, trainer, workshop facilitator, and product owner.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span><br><br>I find that my experience enables me to be able to take on any new problems creatively, without being constrained by existing boundaries and limits inherent in the way things have been done in the past. I </span>thoroughly enjoy helping teams get better in how they accomplish their work, how they feel about it, and how they feel about themselves.</p>
