<p>Agility is a cultural form and not a tool...<br /><br />I love to accompany people, teams and organisations on their way to a meaningful, value-adding and successful working world.<br />I have been a pioneer of the agile movement for more than 15 years.</p><p>Here is an extract of my experience:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Building an Agile Coaching Team in the context of a large company (Coaching, Training, Mentoring, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile RE)</li><li>Accompanying teams at all levels at the start of joint cooperation and thereby introducing learning processes for the product/project as well as for cooperation</li><li>Development of new thinking models and frameworks (iteration zero) that offer solutions to complex problems</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>On my search for ever better quality I discovered agile methods in IT many years ago. Since 2010 I support teams in learning Scrum and Kanban. As a co-founder of the agile movement in the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) I have been involved in the development of the trainings, the agile community and the agile transformation since 2011.<br /><br />Guest Lecturer at the HFNW CAS Change Processes in Organisations</p>
