<p>Alexander Axthelm is supporting companies from various industries in the design and delivery of complex projects and the further development of organizational structures including lean-agile methods for more than 10 years.</p><p>He has successfully helped several customers (e.g. chemical industry, railways, telecommunications, insurance) to streamline processes, reduce complexity and realize new value added for their customers. Since 2019 he is an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT). His specialty is to support customers in individually scaling lean-agile structures.</p><p>Alexander Axthelm holds an MBA in Innovation Management.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
