Chris Farrell

<p>Pragmatic and easygoing, Chris began his agile journey in 2003 when he took a job with a one-line description: extreme programming. He was blown away and from there went to companies that either were or were trying to be Agile. He enjoys coaching in enterprise-level engagements, where he can see the impact he’s making and how metrics are improving. Chris loves introducing a different way to work and then watching team members come alive. He says his payday is when people adopt agile ideas and start fully embracing them in their life and work.&nbsp;</p>
