About Me

<p>Van Wray is an experienced Agilist and Accredited Kanban Trainer. In a 25+ year career with experience in supporting change, creating customer value, and helping clients introduce new ways of working to realize their goals. Van has worked in commercial banking, health care, consulting, custom application development, and non-profits. Van has been a software engineer, manager, director, and vice president. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science and is a Certified Scrum Professional through the Scrum Alliance.</p>
