<p>With his passion for Leadership Maarten helps individuals, teams and organizations to continuously improve, self-organize and focus on the outcome.</p><p>After becoming an engineer in IT and Business he fulfilled the role of Quality Assurance and Release Manager in fast and complex IT landscapes for 8 years within the banking industry. Maarten is always focussing on learning, improving, collaboration and innovation. He supports teams and individuals in the journey to discover the next most viable and sustainable improvement step. The Kanban STATIK approach is part of his nature.</p><p>Maarten is also a Lean Blackbelt, CSM, CSPO, Agile Practitioner, Leadership Coach, Statistics Enthusiast and Sketchnote Artist who believes in the power of visualizing.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
