<p>Eric is a deeply-experienced Lean-Agile consultant, technologist and public speaker with 24 years of industry experience managing, training and coaching software engineering teams in Europe, Asia and the US.&nbsp; He spent 17 years at Advanced Micro Devices building advanced process control and decision support systems for Lean Manufacturing while obtaining 14 patents.&nbsp; Eric has been consulting/coaching Agile for 17 years in organizations including Advanced Micro Devices, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Borland Software, eBay, Bazaarvoice, Capital One, Liberty Mutual and FedEx among others.&nbsp; He is an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), Kanban Professional Coach (KCP) and Kanban Management Professional (KMP) with Lean Kanban University.</p>
