About Me

<div>Jens is an Agile dinosaur with more than 25 years of experience introducing Agile concepts into organizations. He has introduced Kanban in several larger organizations, among them Süddeutsche Zeitung, Intel and Bosch Siemens Household Applicances. Jens has contributed to numerous national and international conferences both as speaker and as member of the program commitees, such as OOPSLA, Agile, XP and LKCE. He contributes to the "Supporting Agile Adoption" program of the Agile Alliance and served on their board for one term.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Today Jens works as Managing Partner of Munich based improuv GmbH, which supports large scale adoption usually including a fair amount of complex Kanban systems. Jens is accredited Kanban Trainer and Kanban Consultant and Certified Scrum Trainer with the Scrum Alliance.&nbsp;</div>
