<p>I am an experienced business and leadership professional with more than 30 years of experience in agile processes and frameworks, management methods, project and program management, and training, consulting, and coaching in all of these. I have worked for all the major financial services organisations in South Africa and other large corporates. I am a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and hold Kanban University's Kanban Management Professional (KMP). I aim for continuous improvement in my personal and professional lives and my daily mantra is to be a better version of herself today than I was yesterday.</p>
