Mariet Visser

She has worked with many different types of teams and organisations, some examples include software development, operations, marketing, project office, call centre, human resources and leadership teams. She has vast experience with many Agile and Lean principles and practices. She is passionate about helping teams and organisations grow and succeed in their Agile journey. The Agile values and principles are well aligned with her own, which is what has led her to being so dedicated and inspired in this role. She is a keen observer and an innovative thinker, and particularly enjoys finding previously undiscovered ways to solve old problems. She is a past&nbsp;<a href="http://www.sugsa.org.za/" style="box-sizing: border-box; background-color: transparent; color: var(--pro-cyan); cursor: pointer;">Scrum User Group of South Africa</a>&nbsp;committee member. Mariet is a&nbsp;Certified Team&nbsp;Coach®&nbsp;holding further certifications in CSM®, CSPO®, CSP®, Certified LeSS Practitioner®, Kanban Management Professional®, and ICP-ATF. She is an approved&nbsp;ICAgile Authorised Instructor and can currently deliver&nbsp;ICP-ATF training.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 10px; color: rgb(55, 76, 87); font-family: ClearSans, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Mariet has grown immensely over the years, and&nbsp;looks forward to what lies ahead for her in her ever-continuing curious agile journey.&nbsp;She has completed the&nbsp;ORSC Advanced program, which she consistently leans into and is inspired by in her coaching efforts.</p>
