I've been working with Mainframe Services for over 13 years and have been a Mainframe Operations Manager for more than 5 years.<br><br>It is my responsibility to manage Mainframe Operations activities, which involve planning, executing and controlling projects. Performing governance and elaborating strategies to provide system' continuity. Managing the work of Operations teams by assigning roles, allocating resources to carry out tasks such as identifying and solving problems to meet customers SLAs. Understanding business and customer needs. Performing quality control and thus providing the level of quality expected by the customer.<br><br>For 10 years I have lead teams demonstrating commitment to needs of its individuals. Dominating organizational procedures. Been responsible for motivation of the personnel involved strategically, tactically and operationally in the organization goals. Been a participatory change agent, focusing on business results.<br><br>Over the years, in order to add value to Operations Manager role and exceed results, I've enhanced my experience in Project Management methods (traditional and Agile) and in Quality Management Processes and Tools (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM) by learning and applying them.<br><br>I am currently developing myself in the Kanban System Method for Knowledge Work / Services and acting as an Agile Coach & Service Delivery Lead for the Latin America Mainframe Services Agile for Services Transformation within the CIC Brazil</span></p>
