Driven to learn, I organized Latin America’s first Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course in 2006, a historic moment that enabled me to</div><div>attend the class. In 2008, I became the first Spanish-speaking Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) worldwide, leading me to tour numerous countries, not only facilitating courses but also coaching diverse organizations in their agile transformations and actively participating in global conferences. Throughout my career, I’ve been honored to facilitate the Global Scrum Gathering Open Space multiple times and to guide the interactive closing of these gatherings, engaging attendees in reflective group activities to deepen their understanding of the spirit behind Scrum. I was also invited to run a one-day workshop on the Spirit of Scrum before the 2010 South Africa Scrum Gathering.</div>
