<p>In 2021, upon taking on an operational management role, I discovered my passion for Project Management. It felt as though a new world had opened up&mdash;one where my analytical skills, organization, and ability to create methodologies and strategic connections finally found their true purpose. I then decided to delve deeper into this field and specialized by earning an MBA in Project Management &ndash; PMI. This path led me to the area of project management and agile methodologies, where I currently work as a Scrum Master. I am constantly seeking new knowledge and certifications to add even more value to the projects I work on and to ensure they reach their full potential.</p>
