Björn Jensen

<div>Björn Jensen has been working in IT since 1999 and holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg. His agile journey began in 2000 as a developer with early exposure to Extreme Programming and Pragmatic Programming. Since then, he has supported teams and organizations in finding better ways to collaborate, understand products, and work with purpose.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>In 2005, he introduced Scrum in a distributed, multi-team setup—an early experience in agile scaling. He later explored Feature-Driven Development and practices that would become known as Large Scale Scrum (LeSS). Since 2010, working in agencies and consulting, he has also applied Kanban professionally.</div>
