Technical knowledge represents part of the spectrum when developing software solutions, but the time you spent on, and the level of efficiency is rather represented by the management of tasks and responsabilities between team members. Thus, learning Agile based frameworks such as Kanban has not only helped me and my teammates to organize time and tasks, but also allows the whole team to focus on provinding value and adapt to most situations.</span></div>
