Kanban System Design

We invite you to the training course "Kanban System Design" (also known as Kanban Management Professional 1 or KMP1). This class includes the necessary information to understand how work works. It aims to challenge common assumptions about how work processes are organized and optimized. Using systems thinking tools, students will gain a broader view of the systems they work with — a key step towards building systems fit for purpose. The class equips participants with the skills to start using Kanban in their organization. This course is the official training class of Kanban">https://kanban.university/">Kanban University, founded by David Anderson – author of the Kanban method. All participants will receive an internationally recognized certificate of attendance from Kanban University.
