The Kanban Train the Trainer course is designed for those who are passionate about Kanban and want to deliver Kanban University certified training. This course does not teach Kanban, but rather focuses on delivering effective Kanban training. All students are expected to have significant experience with Kanban systems and be Kanban Management Professionals ( KMPs).

TTT is an assessment course. It will assess each candidate's ability to effectively and competently deliver the Kanban University training course. It will also assess each candidate's knowledge and experience in Kanban through the presentation of a case study (prepared before the course) and through exercises and tests during the course. Preparation before the course is critical. If you feel you have hands-on experience using Kanban to write a good case study, have a KMP degree, and can do extensive preparation for the course, then this class may be for you.

Please note that the TTT course does not teach Kanban; candidates must come to the class fully prepared to demonstrate their proficiency in the Kanban method. Attending the TTT course does not guarantee AKT. At the end of this course, each candidate's skills will be assessed and may result in approval to teach all (TKP, KSD, and KSI) KU courses or just some of them. Additional steps may be required for full approval, which may include co-training with a current AKT, further study of the method, or additional meetings with your trainer. KU provides all candidates with a roadmap to becoming an AKT.
